It refers to the overview of main actors of the region, their motives and ongoing challenges influencing the EuroAtlantic and regional security.   The Black Sea Straits issue still remains main geopolitical problem of the modern Inretnetional Relations. Struggle for controlling over the Navigation Regime is more important foreign policy challenge for the Great Powers.   Global Changes of  XX century, mostly dissolution of USSR and Sovereignitization of new  International Subjects encouraged activating of new geopolitical, economic, strategic, military and ecological problems which directly connecting with Black Sea Region and the Strait problems.   Taking into consideration the current situation, research focuses not only on the goals and roles of geostrategic actors but also to the importance of the small states in the region in terms of formation the common EuroAtlantic security architectureThe given research emphasizes the existence of different military-political views between the leading actors in the Black Sea Basin as they face the region before new challenges. Attention is also paid to the necessity of carrying out cautious and moderate policy from small states. By implementing timely and effective actions, it would be possible to ensure the prevention of ongoing threats and create favorable conditions to establish common security space.
