1. a) The first component is consonant-based: პრემიერლიგა “Premier League”, პრემიერკლასი “Premier Class”; პრესცენტრი “press center”, პრესსპიკერი “press spokesman”, პრესკონფერენცია “press conference”; ტრენინგკურსი “training course”, ტრენინგცენტრი “training center”; ბონუსქულა “bonus point”, ბონუსბარათი “bonus card”; ვეტექიმი “veterinarian”, ვეტმომსახურება “vet service”; ბიზნესფორუმი “business forum”, ბიზნესიდეა “business idea”, ბიზნესშეხვედრა “business meeting”; სერვისცენტრი “service center”, სერვისადმინისტრატორი “service administrator”, etc.

The exception is პრემიერ-მინისტრი “prime minister”. It can also be written as a single word პრემიერმინისტრი.
